Our goal is to remove barriers like stigma, lack of knowledge, mistrust, and economic issues that prevent people from accessing psychological help. You are the person we are looking for if...

• You speak Italian and Spanish fluently. English is also required.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Helping users solve technical problems.
• Calling users to get feedback on our service.
• Creating reports on customer service performance.
• Working closely with the Operations and Technology team.
• Suggesting ideas to help us improve.
• Assisting in developing marketing and communication strategies to increase visibility.
• Conducting market research to identify opportunities and trends in mental health and online psychology.
